Bought my garage door from Abacus on the 18th January 2002 and its performed brilliantly until today. I called at 8:10 this morning to report the problem and they were onsite and had me working again before 10:30. Can't beat that for customer service.

Rung these guys this afternoon as our garage door had broken. Within half an hour they'd arrived at my door, ten minutes later it was fixed and all for a reasonable price! Can't fault this service one bit, amazing!

Was quoted a silly price by my garage installer to convert the mechanism on my garage door. Contacted abacus, who quoted a great price. They installed a new mechanism which works perfectly and did a really neat job. First class.

Matt has now fixed 2 different garage doors for me (by completely different manufacturers). He managed to repair the doors even though other companies I called said they needed to be replaced. I am really happy with Abacus, they don't try and sell you something when it's not needed. I will definitely choose them if I need to change my garage door in the future.

Made an appointment to arrange measure . Waited in but never they never made the arrived or contacted me to say why they failed to attend . Would now never give them an order if this is their level of customer service pre an order
