Rang for a quote. Chap came out, measured up and said he would email a quote in the afternoon. Didn’t get anything so texted him to ask where it was. Still nothing. Get a phone call a few days later to ask me what I thought of the quote and told her that I hadn’t received it. Said she would contact Ben to remind him. Never received it to this day. Comical way to run a business.

Poor experience. Rang up spoke to some lovely people about getting a quote for a garage door. Everything seemed fine and was told that someone would come out that day and give me a direct quote and measure up. I was home from 4pm (the allocated time arranged to size up) and nobody turned up. So at 4.30pm i rang the office with no answer. Rang again at 4.50pm again with no answer. I then waited until the next morning to speak to someone. Rang up and the woman on the phone was extremely apologetic and decided to sort the situation out and find out what happened. I waited for a phone call back to

Had a new Hormann double sectional door fitted last week. My garage was slightly problematic as side walls were uneven with a top RSJ that was not level - poorly built 30 plus years ago. The finish article is superb, much quieter than our old Chamberlain mechanism. Worth paying a little extra for a good product from great fitters.

Fast service from Peak Garage Doors of Ashbourne. From initial contact to installation of a manual double door was only some four weeks.
Due to my high floor slab, there is a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door which laps over the outside of the slab. But I can fill the gap with a bit of screed.
Overall, pleased with the service.

We are very pleased with the new sectional garage door. It fits properly and will be weatherproof, unlike the old up-and-over door. It has windows, making the garage very light - and you don't need to switch the overhead light on every time you go in. The fitters arrived on time and were efficient and courteous, and they cleared up all the mess and waste. I would recommend this company.

Peak garage doors installed a Hormann sectional door, they did a fantastic job of the install, the door is great, and it was great value. I can't fault this in anyway. other than them installing the Hormann badge under the water seal, but they came the next day to move it - fair play .
We had an issue with the cladding not matching, but Ben offered a good will gesture, or to try and get a closer match. - Will be recommending to anyone who compliments me on probably the nicest garage door I have ever seen (how sad is that to say out loud) :o)

Could not be happier both with the product and installation ! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We will be using them again for a summer project.

I contacted Peak Garage doors to fit a new house door for me.
There response were fast, and someone came out and provided the collection of Hormann doors available with advise of what is best for our house. there were no push to buy which made us comfortable.
we have been kept informed through the process of ordering to delivery and fitting date.
Fitters came out, polite, patient and Professional.
there were challenging moments with my door contact sensors, but the fitters were very patient and kept troubleshooting the problems till it was resolved.

Max & Neil, the guys from Peak were both friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain the installation process and made a good suggestion as to the power source for the door. My garage door is now working perfectly and I am extremely satisfied.

Very pleased with the sectional double garage door. It was installed very professionally by the installers, who kept us informed as to what was happening and when any decisions were required. The final product looks great and even though we had cheaper quotes we are extremely glad we made the decision to go with Peak Garage Doors. The old adage you get what you pay for is certainly true here.
