We are Electrical Contractors serving Domestic and Commercial Customers with a Town Centre retail Showroom. Holls has been associated with Electrical contracting in Scunthorpe for over sixty years. It has been in its present form since 1974 when John Warren set up business on his own and carried on the Holl name in memory of his former employer.
John started up with his son Mike and many of the staff who worked previously with John at H.Holl Electrical Engineers. They were joined later in the running of the company by John's youngest son Paul who is now the sole Managing Director. In 1979 the company made a move to larger retail premises in Scunthorpe town centre, to coincide with it becoming a limited company.
This move enabled us to start a progressive expansion of the lighting and retail showrooms. We now have large retail showrooms selling a comprehensive range of quality lighting and giftware. Our Electrical Contracting Offices and workshop have now relocated to Mercia Way Industrial Estate, to concentrate on servicing the domestic, commercial and light industrial sectors.

We are members of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) as Approved Contractors and Domestic Installers. We undertake all aspects of electrical contracting from a faulty light to a full commercial rewire as well as specialising in various types of niche markets.
The lighting showroom is in the process of being refurbished to enhance our current ranges of quality lighting and giftware. We try to offer an example of all types of lighting and aim to be able to source any type of lighting if it is not already on display. We are an Independant Lighting Retailer which enables us to source our products from some of the leading lighting manufacturers in the UK.
