At City Locks Co. we pride ourselves on delivering first class customer service throughout the Highlands of Scotland. We have up to date knowledge of all of the industry products and techniques and will always strive to complete services required on the first site visit. We complete nearly every job on the first visit because we have two fully stocked mobile workshop service vehicles.
Please be aware that we may need to ask you to produce photographic identification before gaining access to premises, safes, gun cabinets or before changing locks and copying keys. The key broke in the door lock. I was at work and my wife had our 2 kids with here. It was snowing and extremely cold. I called City locks and spoke to Ian. He said he was on his way and would be with her within the hour. He arrived within 20 minutes and gained entry into the house letting my wife and children inside straight away. He then replaced the lock and gave us the spare keys. I would definately use again and highly recommend. A local family business who is reliable, eager to help and was on time. Job was done and like new before he left and was very fairly priced. Thank Ian great job
