We built our 'Grand Design' so we were pretty fussy customers but Eclipse got it and were always happy to talk through our ideas and come back with a practical approach. Yet again another Devon (southwest business) that has, an I don't care attitude. Don't worry if I don't bother with this customer, another will be around corner. I had booked an appointment for yesterday, but no show no courtesy phone call to say they weren't coming. Hanging two doors obviously not a big enough job for them. This is second time I contacted eclipse first time they didn't bother to phone me back. They will no doubt use the current virus situation as an excuse. But when they genuinely will lose customers due to virus they will wish they looked after new customers. But hey, never mind

My first experience of using Craig and Eclipse was around 5 years ago when needing to completely renovate my entire ground floor. My property is well over 130 years old and nothing was square or easy. This never deterred Craig but seemed to enthuse him. All work carried out was to an exceptional standard and my wife and I couldn't have been happier with the end result.
Craig would always be on hand for advice and in fact still is to this day even though I'm asking for DIY help!
