When he first began the business, Eric was a sole glazier assisted by a workshop attendant and just one member of administrative staff. As time went by, word began to spread and soon Eric had to enlist help from additional tradesmen and office staff to keep up with the increasing demand.

Was happy with the initial price and installation, but unfortunately some years later (though well within the warranty period) we have issues with several windows. Specifically, one requires a new gasket and others need resealing as they howl and whistle. We reported the first to Esk for remediation in October 2020 and the noise soon after. Despite continually chasing them up for the past 14months, and three separate visits from their staff, not one window has yet been repaired. Unfortunately it looks like we are going to have to take a legal route now, which we had hoped to avoid.

Don’t go here absolute joke , I ordered a dgu in November and still don’t have it . First guy never put my order in .
Phoned back 2 month later after being told it would be rushed through still not ordered as now I seemingly have to pay it first .No mention of this on the first time I tried to order or the second .
Complete waste of time !!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I had 6 units replaced and several of them were scratched. They said that they would only replace one. That was weeks ago and I am still waiting for a date. Also all my window locks were removed leaving them unsecure. Again they promised to replace. Still waiting.

This is the third time we have had new windows fitted to various houses throughout our lives and it was without doubt the best experience. Esk Glazing fitted 13 windows and a door in four days for us in January 2020 in appalling weather . I would use them again without hesitation, they have done an excellent job and we found them to be honest, reliable and affordable. They keep you well informed throughout the process and their tradesmen treat you and your property with respect and care. The few minor things needing attention after installation were efficiently and courteously dealt with.
