Excellent all round service, I would highly recommend this company. I rang the shop and spoke to Martin who was very helpful and understood my needs and concerns.
I placed my order and when I arrived I informed the security man at the gate why I was there and within a couple of minutes Martin had my length of Beech in the back of the SUV and I was on my way. The prices are good, even the way the price of wood has gone crazy. The customer service for me has been first rate and the staff all seem pleasant and easy to get along with. Why shop anywhere else?

Hopeless customer service. Staff ignored me for 5 minutes whilst waiting at counter to be served. Then eventually acknowledged I was there then went onto attend another customer in shop. Other staff could have easily looked after us in meantime. Was told to go round back to loading bay to collect timber then was blasted by lorry drivers horn to move out the way. They truly need educating as to the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2 stars is a generous review. Could have given 1 star
