Shaun and his team are brilliant! Really good fun and took the stress out of a difficult removal day, with 70% of our stuff in storage on the first floor and the rest at a rental property. They were all amazing, and we would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone. If there was a 6 stars option, we’d give them all 6! Thank you. Big thumbs up and smiley face.

We have used Sean and his team a few times, and would highly recomment them. They are friendly, efficient and very respectful of our property. They showed great patience in our most recent move on the 14th December whilst having to deal with impatient traffic on a very narrow lane where we lived and also whilst moving a very heavy piano down a… flight outdoor steps! Sean is very professional and took the time out to visit our house before the move so he could plan the best service to meet our needs. We hope not to be moving again for a very long time but if we do, we will defindefinitely

Then the team was spot on, treated our belongings with care and did an excellent job at moving us. I moved all my heavy and bulky belongings to a new house yesterday, or rather two very cheerful workers from On The Move Removals did. After nearly 30 years in the same house, I have found the idea of moving quite stressful, but the part involving OTM was fine. They turned up a few minutes early, loaded, protected and secured everything with great care, then unloaded everything into the appropriate rooms in my new place with equal care. They were calm and positive throughout. I thoroughly recommend On The Move Removals.

My dad died recently and he was a carer for my mother. So I had to leave my flat and move in with mum. I booked On The Move to help with the moving. They are real professionals and attended to my needs. The furniture was packed carefully and neatly on the van. Unloaded the goods and put where needed. From the moment we first contacted OTM we have been given a first class service. A quick response to our phone call followed by a friendly but businesslike visit to prepare the quote. The information was clear and helpful. On the day of the move the team arrived at the time they said they would. Cheerful, friendly, efficient and just got on with it. Shaun was extremely helpful, obliging and flexible while we struggled with a repeatedly delayed delivery of an international shipment.
