Went local to buy blinds as believe in supporting local business but service has been appalling. Appreciate that Covid has caused disruptions but no contact re updates. Orders lost, blinds wrongly made and did not fit. No apologies, still waiting for finished blinds. Now been waiting since November 2020. Friends ordered new blinds after lockdown and had blinds fitted within 4 weeks. Quick enough in taking deposit but absolutely no customer service and no response to written complaint.

Stewarts were recommended to us by my elderly mother's neighbour. She purchased blinds from a Dundee firm two years ago - the cord on one snapped and they said they could not fix it - only offering a replacement. Mike from Stewarts Blinds came out, took one look and said it was an easy fix, he took the blind away to his workshop and returned a few days later with the blind working perfectly again. No hesitation in recommending Stewarts, turned up on time, polite, courteous, tidy and had no doubts about Mike working in the house with my mother when I couldn't be there at the second appointment

Stewart’s blinds did an excellent job measuring manufacturing and fitting blinds in our property. The service was seamless from start to finish. After shopping around for prices Indecided on Stewart’s blinds as the price was competitive and the service was good. I’m glad we went with them and I have recommended to friends.
