I employed this company for an end of tenancy clean including oven so that I would get my deposit back, the report from my lettings agent came back that the house was filthy including the oven! I couldn't check after the clean as I'd moved out of the area but the photos I got from the letting agent were appalling. The banisters, windowsills and bathroom were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't even been hoovered! The house would have been better cleaned by myself (which I would have done if not working full time and moving out the the area) I didn't get my deposit back and am out of pocket by

Terrible, cleaning is to a very low standard, worktops are still dirty and bins are hardly ever emptied and when they do, they leave the bags in the house and they tend to clean around all items rather than moving them i.e. coasters, books, etc.
They refuse to refund bad cleans, instead they ask to report issues so they can re-attend, in the time we used them they never turned up to rectify any bad cleans and we never received any refunds.
Worst of it all they have damaged our dining room table twice, delayed resolving the issue and now advised too much time has passed to deal with it.
