The company has a proven track record of delivering top quality projects safely and on time, regardless of site restraints and tight time-frames. Our personnel also come with the highest level and most recent training in Health & Safety/ management with the company being 100% CSCS compliant, hence our excellent H&S record.

As a company we are doing whatever we can to minimise this impact, and we constantly review our processes to work in a smarter and more environmentally-friendly way. While construction is in progress, we have people on-site whose responsibility it is to ensure that there is minimal environmental damage, disruption or nuisance on or adjoining the site.

Here at P. Colohan & Co. Ltd, we are able to provide a full range of groundworks, including all types of foundations, substructures, drainage, and services. We have groundworks gangs who have been working with us for many years who are able to undertake all groundworks to the highest standard, whilst ensuring the right solution is implemented to meet our client's requirements.
P. Colohan & Co Ltd can provide you with a full basement package including the piling, bulk excavation, muck away, waterproofing and the Concrete box structure. We have multiple gangs who specialise in this type of works who work closely with the client to ensure they meet the client's requirements on time and within budget.
