Just been and collected a few bits for a project and what a great place. I know where my business is going from now on. Friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked onto the yard. Helpful and answered my questions. The lady in the office was really helpful and I was approached several times by the lads in the yard asking if I needed assistance. They helped me load my vehicle and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Superb customer service all round. Thank you.

Bought x4 bags of slate arrived on stated day they said it would which was great but we over ordered x1 bag for job required and have no other use for it.. rang to see if the bag could be returned expecting a return charge fee which was fine to be told they don't take returns anymore as it was too complicated for them bearing in mind my house is 0.4 mile away from the depo so be warned don't over order else you will be stuck like I am with a bag slate on my grass !

Rang yesterday and ordered 5 bags of pebbles, I was informed that the size I need are in stock (after he checked with a colleague) i was then advised that if I called at 4.30 same day they would be ready for me. I spent a good amount of time in traffic,queued for the yard only to be told that they were out of stock. When I suggested that 5 bags had been put aside for me I was informed, no they are out of stock but they will let me know when they get new stock. I then hit major traffic going home. All in all 2 hours out and fuel too all for nothing. I will never use PK again. I have just installed
