Appropriate extraction and ventilation systems, including odour control systems are essential in commercial kitchen environments. Balanced extraction and fresh air systems are required by law, as with all new systems they also need planning permission. But most importantly, when fitted correctly, they significantly minimise the risk of fires and carbon monoxide/dioxide levels that help to ensure the safety of your staff and your customers.
Air Conditioning and climate control are other services AVE offer, for domestic, industrial and commercial properties. Our knowledge and expertise in this area will ensure that your premises can be altered to the perfect temperature for your needs, all year round. We can also service and repair air conditioning units too.
Extraction systems are designed to extract dirt, grease and odours from well-used commercial kitchens. This naturally causes a build up within the filters and non-maintenance of the system will likely result in a flow restriction. For this reason, they require regular cleaning and maintenance, just like a car.
Daily use of your grease and odour extract system without proper cleaning can be very dangerous. Many think that a light and regular clean is sufficient, but don't realise that the grease and dirt which the system has tried to extract, when subject to high temperatures, essentially becomes baked-on and will therefore remain firmly in place.

Having spent time trying to get so called lager companies from our area to do work on our kitchen ,from the time that we started with AVE it was handle quickly , a competitive quote given and the work was done in a very professional manner by experienced team who completed the work in one day rather than two as originally planned by them working through breaks etc. I have been in the hotel business for over 52 years and would not hesitate to recommend them . I honestly cannot recommend Josh and AVE Ventilation enough, Josh and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our system was installed on time and to the right specification for our hazardous area.

John was very knowledgeable and we decided to use AVE even though they were more expensive. We are absolutely thrilled with the product. Our kitchen heat is reduced by 90%.

AVE came recommended and it has been a pleasure to work them. It is hard to find reliable, trustworthy and polite contractors and they are all of these things. The work was completed in record time and with no mess. Despite him having to go in the loft to remove a large fan and work around our kitchen staff to install a new timer we hardly noticed Josh was there!

Possibly the best customer support I have experience in both a professional and personal level in 20 years. The company came recommended however from my first conversation and subsequent visit I amazed at the professionalism and support that Josh Taylor (PM) and his team provided. All jobs were carried out to my exact specifications, on time and to top this up, I was assisted in repairing a £1500 fan without any additional charges. AVE are the type of business that will surpass your expectations every time you work with them.
