We had new carpet fitted in one of our rooms. We were very pleased with the service we received at every stage of the process - from choosing a carpet at the showroom, receiving a quote, booking the fitting and having the carpet fitted. We were delighted with Kennington Flooring. Their communications and time keeping were exactly as planned (even though they lost a member of staff just before the project began).
On site they were professional and courteous. Jason and Andy worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to have in our home.
We’re delighted with the finished product (laying flooring to a study, entrance area a bedroom 2 bathrooms and a landing all within the week they said.

We have just had Kennington Flooring supply and fit carpets in the Lounge, Dining room, Hall, Stairs and Landing. The staff at the showroom was most helpful and informative. We had to have the carpets fitted on different days and the fitter Jason who fitted the lounge and hall, stairs and landing did a superb job. When he came back to do the dining room he was with another Jason and once again did a superb job. We want to thank all members at Kennington Flooring for making this as stressful free as possible.

The worst experience ever. The rudest salespeople we have had the privilege of interacting with. Went to get Karndean flooring for our house. Salesperson was either clueless or hated his job or simply didn't like us. No straight answers to questions asked about product or service. Every effort was made by the salesperson, Mr Morgan to get us to walk away from the shop. Utterly useless and unhelpful. Called the Supervisor who tried stone walling and not really interested in providing any service. Something extremely wrong with their attitide and need some serious customer service training.

Extremely professional throughout. The quote was all in (no hidden extras), the job was to take up tiles, take up and replace the self levelling compound that had been bodged by a previous contractor, and redo the floor, having to work round the kitchen units etc. Mark who did the flooring was friendly and professional and went to extra efforts to make sure the job was done to a high standard and on time. I would certainly use them again.

We had our bedrooms and stairs fitted with carpet from Kennington Flooring and couldn't recommend a better company. Our fitter did an absolutely amazing job and managed our clunky furniture while needing to work by himself. He also refitted our our doors (which we would normally have to arrange someone else to do). Extremely happy with the service!
