Donald Leslie & Co provide peace of mind and a wide range of property advice for homeowners with Party Wall advice, Valuations and Specific Defect Inspections and home buyers via Building Surveys, Homebuyers Surveys and Valuations. We can cover any residential property within a 25-mile radius of our Amersham office, including Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, and St Albans.
We conduct a systematic inspection of the property from top to bottom, spending many hours on site making sure that every aspect of the building is thoroughly inspected as far as possible. We'll look at every feature of the property, from the type of construction materials, the condition of the roof, the integrity of the walls and chimney breasts.
A comprehensive and cost-effective survey and valuation seeking to highlight serious or urgent issues. The RICS Homebuyers Survey is the most common type of property survey and is the most appropriate option for most modern or conventional properties in reasonable condition (as far as you are aware).

Professional yet friendly and approachable. Fantastic service. I used Donald's services and his report and advise was so comprehensive that it helped me make an informed decision not to go ahead with the property. I had no hesitation in using his services for the next one which I did end up buying again mainly on his in-depth survey. A month back I got a note from a solicitor acting on behalf of my neighbor that an extension I was planning could mean third party wall issues. Angela and Donald to the rescue again. I picked Donald Leslie via a google search as I was looking to move From Herts To Bucks (an area I know little about) Best decision I made picking Donald Leslie to perform my Homebuyers survey.
