Our door handle broke over Christmas and Romford Security was the only shop open locally near us after the bank holidays. When we called they weren’t open but they rung me back and told me when they would be opening the shop. Annette was friendly and helpful and was able to supply us a new door handle. As a novice locksmith I come across a few teething issues and was able to get guidance from Annette and her team. They mad a difficult situation and a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Annette!

I used RSC to cut a ford key, they were friendly and very helpful and gave me all the options for me to decide. The key they cut was perfect and worked first time, however the key did get stuck in the lock being new. I called RSC and was not fobbed off and within 15 mins they arrived at my address and removed the key and filled it down to wear it in a little bit. A truly profesional attitude and commitment was really appreciated. I would recommend RSC.

Having called Romford Security regarding a back door that would not lock I expected to wait a reasonably long time. I was wrong! A really friendly, and it turned out efficient, engineer appeared within 20 minutes and sorted the problem. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended.
