I have just used Riley James for an en-suite installation and am delighted with my new bathroom. Excellent service from planning, supply of goods through to installation. Any questions I had were responded to quickly by Kayla. Kayla also visited after completion to ensure that I was happy with the work. The fitters Joe and Adam did a great job with the installation and tiling, arriving early and working late to finish the job. Nothing was too much trouble. They are very professional and were a pleasure to have in my house.

What fabulous service - Justin and Kayla listened to everything we wanted (and changed) and nothing was too much trouble! Great advice and designs and the final result was outstanding. The team who installed our kitchen - Shaun, James and Joe are first class - such an amazing bunch of guys who were such a pleasure to have in our home for two weeks… and between everyone, we love our kitchen.
I would not hesitate to recommend Riley James and we will definitely be using them (along with the crew) for our next project.

We have recently used Riley James to install a new kitchen. Justin’s guidance and advice was spot on and wasn’t fazed by our ideas and requirements. The whole experience was excellent, the fitters were extremely professional, reliable and precise in their work. The quartz worktops and splash back are superb and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. I would definitely recommend Riley James to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

After a disaster with fitters from a national chain supplying fitted kitchens i put off having my bathroom renovated for a number of years. I searched for local bathroom fitters and read reviews. Riley James appeared to be the one with 5 star reviews all round. The reviewers weren't wrong. From start to finish it was brilliant. Justin designed… based on what I wanted and offered great advice. The personal service received from Justin was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail was outstanding. Our project of a new build kitchen, utility and shower room took so much longer than expected and many changes were made during the process but Justin was unfazed and redesigned to our requirements without… question. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Justin had lots of good creative ideas to get the best use of space from our bathroom, making it easy to select from materials and fittings within the show room and from the various catalogues. We worked up the design through several variations, with Justin's advice from experience as a fitter, giving us confidence it could be delivered. The site team were superb, pulling 12 hour days to get the project finished before Christmas! Great finish and no issue post completion, although Shaun came back to check on everything. The whole experience of having our two bathrooms re-fitted and refurbished was terrific from beginning to end. Justin's ideas and design made excellent use of both spaces, and his expert knowledge of the furniture and equipment on offer was second to none. He was always highly approachable and very helpful in his co-ordination of the project from start to finish, and effortlessly accommodated a couple of changes of mind on our part .
