Swainstons Ltd (previously Swainstons Windows & Conservatories) originally started as a glazing shop in Stockton High Street for timber windows back in 1964. Today Swainstons now offer a wide range of products and services across the North-East and Yorkshire. Since 2004, Swainstons have been based in our 20,000 square foot factory where we continue to fabricate our own doors and windows in-house.
Here at Swainstons we strive to better customers expectations on both product and delivery. We have our own factory based in Stockton-On-Tees where we fully manufacture all our windows, doors and glazing. Using our top quality products from local and national suppliers we are able to turnover products start to finish with no middle man, cutting the cost for our customers.

Supplied my french doors and stable back door. Had nothing but trouble from start to finish. French doors came marked and the glass units had marks on them, the back door had lots of marks on it including a drilled hole caused by a seperating bar been put on the wrong side on the bottom slab.The first fitters that came made a right mess at the fitting of the back door and the mastic they put round both doors was ridiculous. We got left over Christmas with a draft coming in because of a gap at the bottom. Eventually after a long wait we had a second back door fit by a second fitter and that was

Swainstons fitted my front door had them out four times door handle sticking gaps at the bottom and top of door i get the same old story the door frame was not put on straight.
I get the same old story we are going to take your door of and refit the door frame they never do.
They just get the drill out do a bit of drilling then they say it's a 2 man job why keep sending one out.
On the 30/04/2018 they sent 2 men out one was a door fitter the other one was his helping hand still never took the door of and refitted the door frame still got the same problems plus one more problem the top of the
