Very Poor! Do not order anything on the web from Granger International as some of their delivery drivers are rogues, thieves. We ordered a product from this company and it was not delivered to our home and we did not receive a refund either, the customer service is dreadful ! We will not deal with this company.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had a problem with a Grangers waterproof spray on coating which wasn't working that well on a jacket. Spoke to David Feeney at the technical department at Grangers and he could not have been more helpful. I sent the jacket off and it was returned re - waterproofed to an excellent standard. He included recommendations for the ideal product to use in the future including application tips and threw in a free sample of the product. I am a very happy customer and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Used their shoe protector product on my brogues and it left huge stain marks. I got in touch and sent them the brogues and to their credit they restored the shoes, except for noticeable cracking that had occurred due to the products used. They sent out some polish to try and fix it, it didn't. My shoes had been irreversibly damaged due to using their product, so naturally I asked for compensation for the value of the shoes.
They've since ignored all emails meaning that I've essentially been left out of pocket. I won't touch their products again and strongly urge you to try a different company
