DD Gardening Services was established in 2000 and is a family-run business. We undertake all kinds of gardening work including both soft and hard landscaping for both domestic properties and commercial premises and offer regular maintenance or one-off contracts.

Very pleased with service provided by Dave and Brendon setting concrete edging stones around my raised veg bed. They checked with me several times that the layout was what I wanted and left the site clean and tidy - even levelling heaped up soil for me. The price was competitive too - and they brought their own kettle and tea bags!

We are willing to quote for fences, from replacing a single panel to taking down and re-erecting from scratch. We are more than happy to advise if you are unsure as to what you would like and will save you money where we can. We can also offer to remove any old panels, posts and gravelboards from site.

My initial enquiry was met with a quick response by e-mail requesting address and phone number. Having sent that, nothing. Very disappointing.
Update: 2 years later a response.

David and Brendan are a very good team. They provide excellent service and are very punctual. They cleared our site for our new shed and laid the base. They then erected the shed and we are very pleased with it. Good sense of humour. Service with a smile.

Such a lovely, hardworking team! Dave and his colleague did a grand job in getting our garden back to a state where we can enjoy it again and they provided some very useful advice for us to easily maintain it too. We received a very quick response to our initial query and they came out to see the garden within days and provided a very competitive quote. I have used DD Gardening Services on a number of occasions over the years particularly when I have been lazy to maintain my garden. I have had a fantastic service from David over the years. David has been polite, professional, friendly and helpful. My back garden was overgrown and had no order to it but David fixed it so I now have a garden that I am proud of again thanks to him. The back garden was sorted out in time to have the family round for bonfire night recently. The price was reasonable and I would recommended DD Gardening Services to my family and friends. Obtained a good quote after initial appointment rescheduled three times. Was advised work would be done within 2 weeks.
I've chased up numerous times and told I will get a call back but never have received one.
Last time I spoke to a lady and told her I just wanted to know whether I should take business elsewhere, promised a call back amd not received. Apparently one staff member has walked out and another on holiday.....very poor customer service I'm afraid!

Would not reccommend. started off well but as soon as i pointed out an issue with some sleepers Dave became very rude. My garden was left unfinished with some patio slabbing not completed and a front lawn with dead grass where excess soil and materials were stored. I was assured the front garden would be left as it was found but Dave did not return to replace the grass. I had to pay a different company to complete the works and sort out the front lawn.
