An absolute nightmare, so unprofessional, once they see your money they have no interest to finish their work. No attention to detail at all and they cut corners. They don’t finish their job on time and take ages to replace the units they damage transporting them. Miscommunication as its best and chop your furniture as they do not take care of it at all while installing it. Do not waste your money or your time. Very poor customer service, very poor work overall

A truly terrible service. A simple request for the company to supply and fit a part has taken almost two months so far.
Most upsetting is the continual missed appointments, excuses and delays. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this customer based purely on their customer service.
I will update the review if there are any changes.

If anyone is planning on doing their kitchen, you must visit Wilson Fink. The quality of their kitchens and appliances are second to none! They have the most fabulous design team who go above and beyond and I really couldn't be happier with the finished result and can’t thank them enough for all their help in putting everything together. One of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with and highly recommend.

No bespoke service which is what you would expect after paying their prices. No attention to detail. No aftercare. Once they have your money your pretty much on your own. Don't trust them, make your own decisions. They don't give any practical advice. They won't think about what is right for you. They won't tell you everything and if you rely on their opinion you'll regret it
