I recently had my old ferroli modena boiler replaced with a worcester boiler from the phone call to the visit to my home and installation this company couldn't do enough they advised on the best boiler to fit and jordan did a very tidy job of the instalation very pleased wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone

Absolutely superb service. We’re really happy with our boiler and our house is warm again! The survey and quoting was same day, and as we were without heat they even managed to do the install the following day. Our installer had a couple of issues with the install, but stayed late to sort everything and ensure that we had a working boiler and heating and hot water were back on. I don’t normally leave reviews, but great service deserves recognition and a big thank you.

Called several companies late in the afternoon but F&P responded quickly and professionally. Quoted for the job after explaining what needed doing and gave time slot options for the following day (wasn’t an emergency). Turned up on time and did an excellent job. Couldn’t have asked for a better service, won’t hesitate to use them again if required. Thanks for a great service!

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, I am particular about who I commission to carry out works at my house. I found F&P Plumbing and Heating via the Worcester Bosch website. Lady in office and David, were very good at the initial contact. Jordan came to quote and was very knowledgeable, and a person that I knew I could trust to carry out the work. The fitters arrived as promised and were very neat and tidy. I cannot fault the work that has been carried out and have already recommended them to friends.
