Having recently moved house I was in need of a plasterer to do kitchen / lounge walls and ceilings, the work carried out by Gary was fantastic, follow up tradesmen ALL noted that they had never seen a better job. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary for a first class professional job. Contractor selection was critical when it came to the lime rendering project for our 200 year + Norfolk property and we definitely made the right choice by appointing Gary to complete the works.
We received tenders from 5 other contractors and Gary stood out immediately with his honest, factual and instructive advice.
The property had been cement rendered in the 80's which brought its inevitable negative results in such an old property and construction type (solid Norfolk red brick walls & lime mortar) and visually it stood out in the village for all the wrong reasons.
After six weeks work
We received tenders from 5 other contractors and Gary stood out immediately with his honest, factual and instructive advice.

Gary recently completed lime rendering on our home, he has completed a fabulous job and it looks marvellous. More insulation has been added as well. Gary is professional, friendly, on time, kept us informed on progress and tidy! We have more work that needs completing and we will be asking Gary to come back and complete this.

We are really really pleased with the work that Gary has done for us. He was incredibly helpful in advising us about a number of challenges we have had/discovered and we are really glad to have found him. He was incredibly tidy at the end of each day and was a real pleasure to have around. We have a lot more work to do on the house and will defining be asking him back to help as we move on the next room (and the next, and then next...). Thanks Gary!

Highly recommended. I had lime ceilings done. Gary is very professional, keeps you informed of exactly what is planned. His work is excellent and he makes sure you understand the process. His work with lime is great and the finish excellent. His commitment to the skill of lime plastering is apparent. Definitely the business to use .

Gary did a brilliant job lime rendering our attic bedrooms last year and so we had no hesitation about asking him to come back to help with our kitchen knock-through recently. Gary again did an amazing job, he works incredibly hard and his workmanship is outstanding. He is very knowledgable and will find a way round quirks of old houses and come up with sympathetic solutions. He will happily take on extra jobs you throw at him, and his costs are very competitive. Gary has been absolutely fantastic, would not hesitate to recommend him. He has been working for about a month lime plastering the top floor of our house and we have been delighted with his work. He is excellent at advising about the best materials, and has a good relationship with the local Conservation Officer. He is transparent about costs and materials and has stuck to his very reasonable quote. He has been really flexible with changes to various details, and has found a way round the inevitable quirks of an old building. He works hard and his finish and attention to detail are excellent. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Gary for the absolute transformation he achieved at our property. After what can only be described as difficult build due to various reasons Gary has been a complete breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional and most importantly he genuinely listens and truly cares about providing you with a service/ standard of work that you are happy with. I've been a property developer for year's now and when I came across my clay lump property and needed the limestone plastering doing I looked for a plasterer with experience and came across Gary . He's the most professional plasterer I have ever used and I won't be using anyone else to do my plastering again in the future. I contacted him for advice and asked him to come and take a look at what I needed doing. He gave me the best advice and a very good price for the job too, his pricing was spot on and when he did the job the finish was amazing and I'm over the moon with his quality of workmanship

Gary has just completed a reasonable sized job (4 rooms) for me.
He arrived to assess the job when he said he would, quoted the same evening and started the work on the date agreed. He turned up on time each day and worked in a very tidy and professional manner. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.
Gary was also helpful and very generous with his knowledge about aspects of my project he was not working on.
I have no hesitation in recommending him.
