Terrible experience, complete lack of communication. We contacted Mike back at the start of Feb for a cinema installation. We were told Rob who deals with the quoting side of the business was on annual leave, and that they would be in touch next week to arrange a day to look at the work. When they did get back to me, a day was picked for the week after to come and look at the work. No time was given this when to expect them.
