Purchased and had installed Gliderol garage roller door with remote operation by accredited installer in February 2021. Started having problems with remote operation after a few weeks and installer had to come back and reset. Still had problems and had to switch power off and on again to get the door to work. Last week stopped operating completely and had to use emergency manual handle operation to get into garage. Manual system then failed and we could not get into garage at all. Installer came after much telephoning and emailing and had to force the garage door up to get inside. He said that

Don't buy a garage door from these people if you live within 2 miles of the coast - the guarantee doesn't apply ....

Poor performance from the manufacturer, they do not give advice on their products or assist with faults. Do not buy a Glideroll garage door.
Edit. I note the owners response, not completely accurate, the employees had returned from furlough, Donna advised that the company would not help and the Director wanted no further contact.
The enquiry was very simple, a fault in the controller, it should have taken one minute to tell me to fit new batteries in the door sensor, the company provided no service at all.
I believe that when you buy a product then then company should help with customer enquiries

Gliderol doors - I have three of them and they are truly excellent. I installed a large double door on a garage right next to the sea about 25 or so years ago and it has never faltered and shows no signs of rust. I have had another two for about 10 and 15 years - one on a double garage and one on a workshop. All work perfectly. I installed the first one myself - installation sounds difficult but was very easy in fact. Highly recommend them for long life excellent quality and total durability.

Yes this is Rugby Double Glazing, and perhaps instead of theatening you might help us solve the issue we have notified you about, so far we have been ignored, people have not responded when we left messages and finally we were given the name of someone who supplies your doors but does not install. I will update this comment with your response so you have the opportunity of showing how well you respond to a genuine customer request.
Can I remind you that the door in question is the one your guys fitted when we bought our first door from you as a demonstration of how to install a gliderol door.

Hi, I have a glidrol motorised garage door and it’s been great fot 5 years. Now it doesn’t close tidy, it keeps wanting to close even more than it should then goes back up and stops open so I have to use it manually. I’ve looked to adjust it but there is no up or down adjustment switches on the motor, please help🤯

Not secure.
Roller door lifts up at the bottom and isn't secure apparently this is normal. Customer services weren't any help. I wish I had purchased a secured by design door from a competitor.
In response to your reply your customer service department have said "the door will lift up but its ok because it wont go up enough for anyone to get underneath" so its presumably not a defect just an inferior product.
As for your attitude of we made it but didn't sell it to you so go back to the installer is poor.

My Gliderol insulated door developed a fault in that it would not open above the lower sensor and returned to the closed position. I could manually wind the door above the sensor & it would then work as normal. I sent an email to customer service describing the problem & Donna replied with the phone number of Adam in The Technical Team. I rang… Adam who patiently talked me through a process to change one of the switch settings in the control box. This has resolved my problem and I now have a working garage door that opens using my remote control. Great service and nice people to
