Visited the shop yesterday to collect an item ordered last week from the store. Had to wait for at least 30 mins before someone even asked me what I was after, poor communication from staff to customers. The same again today when I had to return the item as it didn’t suit. These should have been a 5 minute visits at most. Expect to be waiting for a long time when you visit here. Maybe employ a few more members of staff?

A great variety of lighting & accessories! Bought a standard lamp to match one I had bought 6 months ago. Then I bought a smaller version for bedside (rude not to!). Also got some smart plugs too. Staff were so… helpful & knowledgeable, offered coffee on arrival. (nice wee touch). Prices were good & delivery to door via courier one week after placing order. Christmas decorations etc were just being put on display, so another wee trip could be on the cards! Karen & Stuart were both so helpful, thank you. I would definitely recommend a trip if you are considering either one
