We specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of bespoke, certified fire and smoke barrier systems for domestic, commercial and industrial use. Founded in 2005 we have grown to a form a group of over 65 employees, with manufacturing facilities in both the UK and India supplying and installing fire and smoke barriers globally.
In the event of fire smoke barriers control the move of fire effluent within a building or industrial environment, offering compartmentalisation and isolation of the fire preventing further spread. Globally city centres show a larger increase in the number of high rise buildings with buildings getting taller and more impressive in design.
Operable fabric barriers are used to protect both lives and property. They can be horizontal, vertical or angled. They are used to replace fire doors, roller shutters, non-load bearing walls, non-load bearing ceilings, glazed elements and form a complete fire integrity resistant compartmentation. The function type of a fire barrier is used to form fire separation and to protect routes of escape or designated areas.
All our fire and smoke barrier systems are designed so that, in the event of any failure, the barrier fails-safe to its fire operational position under a gravity-controlled descent. E - Integrity (E) is the ability of a component or construction to maintain the integrity of the element on one side only, without spreading the fire to a non-heated side as a result of penetration of flames or hot gases.
FireSafe 60 has fixing options to suit all types of ceiling configurations and can be integrated into either a suspended or a solid ceiling. It remains hidden until required. Upon receiving a signal from the fire detection system or on loss of power the Automatic Fire Barrier unwinds to its fire operational position by gravity.

Have had to call Clint several times to raise my fire curtain (after it dropped due to power cuts). He has been so helpful in answering my calls at all hours of the day, each time walking me through the reset process.
Have even offered to pay him for his time, but because of his generosity and honesty, he has refused every time.
