Services
In 1881 Joseph Beattie started his apprenticeship as a glazier with the company James Adam and Son at 19 Moss Street, Paisley. Following the death of James Adam in 1903, Joe along with his business partner Bob Rae, purchased the business from James' widow Mrs. Adam, who wished the new owners well and commended their services in a newspaper advert which has survived along with a photograph.
At Gennaro Ltd we provide a vast range of glass & glazing services and also a vast range of aluminium glazing systems. We can cut glass to size from stock and process it in house to your requirements. We are able to carry out a full range of glazing repairs, whether it's a broken window, failed double glazed units, or the replacement of shopfront glass.

These people are extremely unprofessional. I had emailed them on the 22nd of September for a mirror replacement, and the overall cost. I had not received a response. Today I called them and they asked me to email them again.
I have done so, but still they will not respond. The overall experience show the ethos of the company.

Kevin and his crew, from Gennaro, did an amazing job for us in fitting our extension with a new 'floor to gable high' structural aluminium frame and double glazed window units together with a full height side window panel. The units fitted perfectly and were installed most efficiently and with good cheer; despite the temperature being sub-zero (we kept them in hot coffee, tea and biscuits). The finish on the installation was superb and the guys tided everything away perfectly as well as removing the previous installation. The room looks amazing from inside and out and is very much warmer and quieter

Great friendly service. Needed an alcove mirror cut which had off set dimensions. This was no problem for the team at Gennaro Glass. Picked up the mirror in less than 24 hours and it fitted perfectly into space (including the uneven edges of the arc shape). Great technical advice from the shop staff. Been here on a couple of other occasions to have picture frame glass cut and again perfect fit every time (will be back next for glass shelves). Would highly recommend this business as the people are very friendly and offer a good all round product and service.
