Our pets and aquatics centre has a reputation for high quality pets in clean, safe environments, a caring customer service team, and all the supplies and extras you'll ever need. Just like us our pets need a balanced, healthy diet, and we cater for a wide range of animals including cats and dogs, the full range of small furry animals as well as reptiles, amphibians and arachnids. We also have all those extra essentials: pet litter, grooming equipment and a range of really cozy beds.
We can help you choose appropriate species for your aquarium, whether you're looking to create a single-species or biome tank, a more family-interest community aquarium with a wider range of fish, or even a lower maintenance coldwater 'goldfish tank' that children love to learn from. Feel free to ask for advice on setting up and planting your tank, choosing compatible fish species and appropriate foods.

My eight year old insisted we go here because they have amazing sweets. He was not wrong! For around a fiver he picked up an exciting variety of sweets in a parent-worrying quantity! I would highly recommend coming here instead of the candy shops in town, especially as your kids can take a look at the animals and fish too.
I was very pleasantly surprised to revisit this garden centre after not having been in several years.

Quite alot to see here however prices are quite a bit higher than their competitors and usually with less variety when it comes to house plants, a small number of their animals in the pet section are incorrectly cared for also which loses another star, however it's an interesting visit overall. (Edited to Reply to owners comment).

We like to visit garden centres all over the place,I look them up on google maps make sure they have a cafe and off we go....Today the 13th of November it was here,we were not disappointed for a small garden centre it is jam packed with goodies to suit everyone and at this time of year of course they have all the lovely Xmas decoration....as well as all your gardening paraphernalia there is a lovely selection of gifts and a small pet shop area with fish,reptiles,and other cuddly little fury creatures....There is also a small cafeteria up some steps plus a lift for wheelchairs and baby buggies ect

I’ve been a regular customer of the Prior Park Garden Centre for circa 15 years - and I think they are just brilliant !
The staff have always been friendly, helpful and efficient and the range of plants absolutely excellent.
The internal shop area carries a seriously good range of cards, gifts, household bits and pieces, not forgetting the food shop and the pet area. The respective buyers clearly have a good eye - really cannot praise Prior Park highly enough ... Sheelagh Garner
