Andy and fitter Jamie have been really helpful helping me to purchase my new oven. They have advised and reassured me and helped me make a decision. They are professional down to earth and very nice people. Mine wasn’t a straight forward “buy a new cooker” I had issues and didn’t know what to do. My new oven/hob will be fitted on Wednesday and I know it will be done perfect. Thank you Andy and Jamie for your help and guidance. I feel content on your knowledge. Highly recommend these guys.

Probably the best service you will get anywhere. I ordered a cooker just before the Christmas Lockdown, obviously because of that and also Brexit problems at the ports, Tylers informed me that delivery was delayed, but they arranged for a model from instore to be delivered and installed as my old cooker broke down completely. Simon at the Bilston store did everything he could for me and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much.
