We do not charge call out fees. We charge by the hour or offer a full quotation on a per job basis, that can be provided before work commences. All the main services that we offer are listed below. All our engineers are fully trained and insured. Excellent from the word go. Called and left a message early on a Sunday, was called back within 10 minutes. The polite, friendly engineer I spoke to managed to work out the problem over the phone. All fixed, all good would definitely use again.

Our new to us house needed extensive refurbishment. First on the list was to replace the ancient floor standing gas boiler in the kitchen, remove the cylinder and relocate everything into the loft. I broadly knew what I wanted and I was aware that my area suffered low water pressure in the summer. I contacted Reliant and Ricky spent time talking through the options and we arrived at a system that met all my needs.
Once I’d accepted Reliants quote, Rickys booked me in and he arrived at the agreed time every day and put a proper shift in. The layout of the finished installation looks very neat

If you want the Rolls Royce standard of Plumbing, then give these guys a call.
We moved into our new house about a month ago and the plumbing was out of date and the pump system came on every time a toilet was flushed or even if a tap was dripping slightly, which made a loud noise every time It came on.
We got in contact with John from Reliant who came to the house to give us a quote, and said he could start the work in 2 weeks time.
Fast forward to just over 2 weeks and John and his team have done a brilliant job with our plumbing. They’ve been tidy, professional and speedy and took time
