Not a customer, and never will be. Their lorry was parked with nobody in the cab for several minutes blocking a country lane when one of the guys eventually strolled across - no apology - to say they would be another 10 minutes, and if I didn’t like it I could go another way round round. By this time several cars and a bus were stationary, in a lane too narrow to turn round in. He flatly refused to move the lorry 20 yards to a wider spot to allow us all round - till I rang the company. Blocking the highway isn’t just inconsiderate, it’s a driving offence. Bad public relations, bad practice
