We have been providing handyman services to the Edinburgh area since 2004, trading under the name DIY-Doctor Handyman. Following expansion into the commercial sector and servicing letting landlords we have re-branded ourselves as FIX-EDinburgh handyman.
We provide a full property maintenance solution. We can do a whole variety of work for landlords and letting agencies from fixing that leaking tap to HMO compliance work as well as fully renovating a buy-to-let property. We have a large number of landlords who use us for their property maintenance needs, including some landlords who live outside Edinburgh and abroad.
A large proportion of our work is carried out on behalf of businesses, including offices, shops, restaurants and clubs. We can carry out small handyman jobs such as hanging up white boards or shelving to larger handyman jobs such as painting and office moves. We can also perform work out-with business hours to avoid any disruption to your day-to-day business (contact us for pricing details).
