During Ian's 25 years experience of specialising in groundwork's and 15 years trading, the Company has developed a loyal customer base, in both residential and commercial clients, throughout Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds.

Ian established the Company over 15 years ago and has over 25 year's experience of groundworks. He takes personal pride in all work carried out, overseeing every project and taking time to liaise with clients about their needs and the requirements of every project we undertake. We carry out a wide variety of works, from small paving projects to complete new build extensions or new housing.

We are based just outside of Cirencester and the majority of our works are within The Cotswolds and Gloucestershire, but we also cover Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
Liquid floor screeds are installed on top of floor insulation and are an efficient way to obtain a smooth, level and accurate surface ready for tiling or carpeting. A liquid floor screed is an alternative to a sand and cement floor screed. The liquid screed is a calcium sulphate based flowing material with anhydrite binders and is gypsum based mixed with sand.
