My dryer broke down had insurance sent email too insurance and within 24hrs they got in touch by email appointment made within the same week, very professional, the engineer arrived on time , repair was fixed . Engineer very polite , I have no problem in recommending this fab company.

The engineer turned up exactly on time after telephoning to give a precise arrival time. He introduced himself and then listened very closely as the problems being experienced were defined. He then very swiftly diagnosed the nature of the problem and provided clear instructions of how to resolve it. These worked perfectly. The engineer also rang later to further stress one of the actions we needed to undertake as part of the problem resolution. One of our very best experiences with services of this kind. Appalling service. I've been trying to get my oven fixed since July and it's now December. At first they replaced the oven knob but this took ages for them to order and then fit it on. They haven't shown up for 2 of my scheduled appointments. Then they ordered the wrong part and I'm not convinced the oven can even be fixed. They haven't shown up today and I've taken time off work to be in for them. Terrible service. Save your time and AVOID!

I want give it a ZERO rating but there are no option for that 😡 It’s the worst company ever that I need to deal with . The receptionist are RUDE and no communication at all from their side . Emailed with no reply . Saying will order a parts but after two boiled weeks still not arrived and said know when !! Demanding a REFUND but after two weeks still no sign of it. Will go Trading standard if matter still can’t be resolved. Please AVOID this company!!!

Huby were recommended to me by my sister in law as my washing machine had given up the ghost. However, before splashing out on a new machine I gave Huby a call. I spoke with Abbi, who from the get go was super efficient and courteous. Abbi made the whole process a pleasurable one and although there is usually a waiting time for an engineer, I was fortunate that a gap allowed a same day appointment. When the engineer arrived he was extremely quick to diagnose the problem and even quicker to fix it. The entire process was brilliant and saved me the cost of a new machine. Highly recommended five stars
