I needed to update my home security which was quite daunting but I had a quote from Lewis at 365 and he explained all my options.
There was no pressure selling, just straight forward talking and easy to understand information.
He showed me how easy it was to work my choices through apps on my phone.
He came and fitted my systems and explained things as he worked.
He involved me every step of the way. I feel much more settled in my home home.
I can’t thank him enough.

I would highly recommend Steve. He very efficiently upgraded my home alarm system today and spent a significant amount of time helping me understand my new system. He went above and beyond by taking time to help me download the App and set my system up on it.

All done within a couple of hours of me making contact late on a Friday morning. Pleased with final bill. Happy to recommend to friends and colleagues

Fantastic Service. Recently moved into a new home and the previous owner didn’t have any details on the alarm system and the panel had started beeping this week which was frustrating to say the least. Was able to get us sorted quickly and provide all the information we needed on the system that’s currently installed and get it working properly again. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
