Buyer Beware.
Excellent initial service when our garage door was purchased and delivered.
23 months later the poor after sales becomes apparent. Contacted STS and informed the door was still under warranty. Explained the problem with the door, the cone was rotating with know tension on the wire. Informed I had caused the problem and there would be a £115 repair charge, paid in advance. Plus £20 for each cable that required replacing.
Jamie, Managing Director. Visited from STS, stated it was a warranty repair. 4 days and it should be repaired and I would receive a refund of my £115.

Had these guys come out last December 2020 fitted garage door & side gate. Waited couple of months. Quick enough to do the job on the day although felt rushed and I had to do the prep work.
Have had an issue with the gate lock and have been trying to get guidance. We recently visited the new STS premises to view some doors, we could not believe how big the premises was and how many doors they had on display. We eventually narrowed it down to a Insulated side hinged door based on the one we saw and decided to go ahead and order it. The door took only 5 weeks to be made and was fitted promptly after arrival. The fitters were pleasant and explained how the door worked, we did have a little problem with the handle about a week later, but the engineers came back to next day and sorted it, so even a great aftercare service to match. Would highly recommend ***

Charged £25 to measure up my door and got it wrong. Then had the cheek to try and charge another £25 to do it again. Told me I couldn’t have the door I wanted, I went to another company who don’t charge to measure and they fitted the door I wanted with no problem. Never use this company, avoid and go to a professional garage door company.

We had a garage door, front door and gate fitted last month and can definitely recommend STS garage doors. The service we received from start to finish was very professional and nothing to much trouble. I had many quotes before making my final decision several months later. The prices were given very quickly via phone and we were never chased or harassed to make a decision. The price was very competitive, several hundred pounds less than a competitor.

Customer service of this company is appalling. Do not pay the £35 measuring fee as the company expect you to measure or provide photos. They have asked us to remove next doors cladding which I have refused to do as it does not belong to me. Instead of coming to measure the door as originally I had paid for the company to do, Sts did call out but claimed my brickwork needed rendering. I had a builder come out who confirmed it does not. Having explained this, STS have failed to come and measure my door, which I have paid them to do. Instead, they have asked for photo after photo, which has been
