I purchased the full oyster 3 travel system in June in preparation for my baby arriving in October. My son is almost 5 weeks old now and we have been using the car seat along with isofix base a couple of times a week. The first time last week, while taking my son out the car, the handle on the car seat gave way and my son tipped forward in the car seat. I thought nothing of it at that point and thought it could have been human error. Thought I'd actually go out of my way to post a positive review based on my recent positive experience with the excellent Babystyle customer service team.
Our pram was damaged by baggage handlers on a recent trip to Scotland and required the clips that retain the hood to be replaced. A quick phone call to the Babystyle customer care team saw a replacement set of clips sent out to me free of charge which arrived the next working day! Cant ask for more than that!
The pram itself is great, we bought it new in sept 2020 to replace an iCandy Raspberry which we found to be too small and unsuitable

Worst purchase I’ve made. After reading numerous reviews, I went with an Oyster 3 pram after seeing it winning many awards. Never again will I trust them. I’ve had the pram 5 months. 3 of those months have been in lockdown, so the pram is practically brand new and has already been in for repairs. The brake sticks and the front wheels are always wobbling. Not to mention it doesn’t glide over paths and you have to lift the pram up to get over even the smallest of ledges.
My son is now in the stroller part and he hates it. He finds it incredibly uncomfortable and doesn’t sit right in it.

Purchased the babystyle oyster 3 travel system from pushchairexpert in August. The plastic parts on the carrycot, seating unit and frame had marks on as if the plastic was stretched. Fast forward to October, I only now received a replacement carrycot which is even worse quality that the original part. Spoken with Pushchairexpert, apparently babystyle advised that this is “normal” which I find shocking to say the least as for the money and the fact it’s a new set, you would expect not expect any marks at all! If I only had the time left (baby due any day now) I would return the full set! Quite

Love my babystyle oyster 2! Olive green with tan handle. Just looks great, really light weight, and steers well .Buggy board also fab. Not to mention the customer service . Ordered clips for car seat, they went missing in the post some how, and babystyle were extremely pleasant to deal with and reolaces them immediately!

Purchased an Oyster 3 brand new in March 2019.
Within 6 months -
Rear wheel fell off which almost dropped my 6 month old into the canal
Pushchair hood latch broken.
Both replaced as Babystyle agreed they were faulty.
At 9 months -
Front wheel lock broke so would no longer stay straight.
All in all, an awful pram that we are now refusing to use. Purchased an 8 year old Icandy to replace it. Quality is leagues above the Oyster.
Avoid this pram.
