Replaced/relocated an old rad with heated towel rail and installed a new vanity unit/tap much better than that old pedestal 2 tap sink. Really pleased with the thoroughness & quality of the work. So pleased to have followed a recommendation to Baker Smith!

They came the same day, to deal with a leak into the kitchen from the bathroom. The engineer had to take off tiles from a makeshift bath panel to access the leak - he asked my permission and I had to agree but I was worried about how awful it would look afterwards. I need not have worried. After fixing the leak, he stuck the tiles back on and used some sealant to replace the grouting. If you look at the area you can see something has happened but it is much better than I had hoped. He was also a very pleasant young man and our dogs liked him too.

Fantastic service as per usual. After our home emergency cover sent out a plumber who didn't have a single part, we found out we could source our own trades. Called on Sunday morning and within an hour the plumber was here and the pipe leak resolved. Day or night, Baker Smith are who you need!

I used this company for a boiler service and would highly recommend them. The appointment was quick and easy to arrange on the phone and a pricelist on the website gives the cost, so no hidden surprises. A friendly, efficient engineer worked on the boiler and explained, and fixed, what was causing an issue I had with low pressure in the boiler. All in a very good service and friendly staff.

Called them out to fix a leaking radiator. Came out on the same day I called, quickly identified the issue and replaced the leaking valve leaving no mess behind. Very happy with the speed of response and quick resolution. Will certainly use them again.
