My name is Liam McCabe, I have over 15 years experience in the transport industry. During this time I took four years to ride a motorcycle around the world, the first Irish citizen to do so, gaining vaulable first hand experience of shipping and freight forwarding, not to mention repeatedly packing my entire home contents onto a motorcycle.
The Big White Van is equipped with tools, satellite navigation, removal blankets, soft ties for securing your items whilst in transit and a four-seater 'pizza bag' large enough to protect any leather sofa. Big White Van offers a full packing service, or we can supply packing materials for you to do it yourself.

We used these guys nearly 6 years ago and were really impressed. They gave good advice, were very flexible. From memory they charged by the hour which worried me slightly... but they worked super fast and in the end worked out very reasonable compared to other quotes we'd had. I recommended them to friends last year and they were equally impressed with their service.

Liam and his team were superb from start to finish. Arrived on time to quote the job and arrived on time for the move. Nothing was too much trouble and all of our belongings made it safely to their new rooms at the new house.
Liam went above and beyond in transferring large and awkward children’s toys over our garage, disassembling and reassembling beds as well as moving our American fridge freezer by removing the doors to manoeuvre it and protect it from dents.
I never write reviews but this was a 5 star service and will 100% use again.

Liam and Henry moved my friend a few days ago. Couldn't have hoped for two nicer guys. They turned up, had a quick look around the house and got on with the job. Had it all packed up in a couple of hours. Liam even took the time to dismantle a fragile wardrobe and rebuilt it, making it sturdier in the process, at the new place. No messing about, friendly chaps. I'm tempted to move house *just* so I can hire them!
