One of our friendly engineers (NO salesmen) visits your property to give you a fixed-price guarantee. The Plumbing team have done a number of jobs for us and are always so reliable. Our fully accredited new boiler team offer a full range of new boiler installations and repair services so are as at-home replacing a full central heating system as they are carrying out one-off boiler repairs. In fact, we're so confident in our team's expertise that we guarantee our new boiler installs for one year.
Most manufacturers require a boiler warranty service to take place every 12 months in order to keep their guarantee active, which is why we make boiler servicing as easy and straightforward as possible. A relatively simple job gone disastrously wrong, flooded downstairs flat. I asked them to replace silicone sealant in my shower, and I'm not sure if they even used silicone (almost looks like Polyfilla). The poor workmanship can be seen in the attached photos, with cracks in the 'sealant'. After giving 48 hours for it to dry, I showered and the downstairs flat complained of water flowing into their flat. This was a hack job wasting time and money. I strongly recommend never using The Plumbing Team Ltd.

I paid the Plumbing Team a fixed fee to cap the gas leak under the floorboards at £360. But when the gas engineer came round he advised cutting it off above the floorboards as it would save me money. He promised that the head office will only charge for the hour he was there. But when I called, Chris Stevens and Rob the owners of the Plumbing Team aggressively refused.
As the engineer didn't cap it under the floorboards, I now need an engineer to use the fireplace for something else, as the gas pipe is still protruding above the floor where the fire is.
I eventually got Chris Stevens to agree

Ours was a big job: replacing an ancient boiler from the early 1980s, replacing pipework and radiators, changing and relocating the water tank and planning for a future renovation. For context, this is the type of project that is normally done when a house is empty which ours definitely wasn't! The Plumbing Team did a great job and worked in our house for weeks with no major issues. Respectful and tidy with everything labelled up correctly - I would happily use them again.

I have used this company twice and both times I've had very satisfying experiences with the plumbers. Most recently Daniel came to service and fix my boiler. He was lovely and friendly and explained everything which came across as being really honest and trustworthy.
I also think their prices are very reasonable compared to some plumbers. I would definately recommend The plumbing Team.
