Williams is approved by Dulux Connect (formerly known as Dulux Contract Partnership) and the company is audited regularly to make sure we meet or exceed Dulux quality, service and sustainability criteria. The Considerate Constructors Scheme also provides confirmation of our ability in these aspects and assesses the level of service and respect we afford our customers on site.
E.R. Williams is committed to supporting and developing our workforce, who we believe are the key to the success of the company. We recruit our employees locally and train all new apprentices on-site and via day release at Oldham College to achieve their Intermediate Level 2 and Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 in Painting & Decorating.

We are currently working collaboratively under framework arrangements with social housing providers Procure Plus having undergone rigorous assessment criteria.
