Our experience has been exhausting and devastating and we would hate for anyone else to be put through what we’ve endured.
We approached MM Flooring for carpet on our stairs, landing and lounge and LVT throughout the rest of downstairs.
After initial contact, home visit and choosing we paid our deposit on the 21st March and the work started on the 13th April.
The first day was mainly laying carpet on the stairs and landing. Then prepping for the LVT which consisted of stapling 5mm ply over the top of lumps of dry plaster and glue. We were surprised but because of the nature of the salesman
