Established in 1983 and owned by the same family for over 25 years, BPM Bathrooms has the customer experience at the centre of everything they do. Our large showroom is easily found on Pickup Street in the centre of Blackburn. We also have customer parking available. As a tradesmen I've frequently visited BPM and from my own experiences I can safely say its a wonderful merchant, with exceptional knowledge of materials, superb over the counter service. Excellent quality and service is always guaranteed. Has an extensive range of complete bathroom's to see in its large showroom. Conversation is always welcomed and the staff to name a few, Saukat, Ryan, Pav & Mark are all exemplary as a standard. Kettle's always boiled and a warm brew is made available sharply. Definitely recommend the merchant and staff to all.

I purchased a bathroom suite from BPM a few weeks ago and I would highly recommend using this company if you require anything related to plumbing or heating. All the staff were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment I walked into BPM to the moment my bathroom was delivered to my door (on time) this transaction was absolutely fantastic. I would like to reiterate the fact that if anyone is after a bathroom etc you will not be disappointed if you visit BPM.

Been to visit BPM now a few times and I have to say it's always been a positive experience. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to provide great customer service as soon as you walk through the door.
