Friendly staff but poor quality product, made to measure service is length only not width and that’s not made clear when ordering. The ribbed curtains look horrible, the bullet clip and fixing system looks cheap and nasty, fixing holes are way to big for screws alone.

I ordered from Rayflex for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I must say the service and products are first class. I works as an Estates Manager for a School but come from a customer service background and its a pleasure to deal with a company who are truly focused on the customer. From the first phone call to after sales support, nothing was to much for the team at Rayflex. The product has made a real difference to retaining the heat inside the classrooms from the outside areas. We will certainly be ordering more...... Thank you Rayflex.
