Absolutely fantastic service from John on our uPVC doors, which were practically hanging off the wall. We had been concerned we needed to replace the whole doors but John has secured them and gave excellent advice on future management of the issue. John was upfront about the accurate costs and courteous, with no mess left whatsoever. Can't recommend highly enough, thank you!!

John came to my house this morning to fit a new bolt to the wooden front door (I like to bolt the door at night and the old one had broken). He advised that I also needed the Yale latch adjusting, to stop the door from rattling. He did both jobs, sorting out the existing latch and fitting the new bolt. I am really pleased with the results and would definitely have him back in the future should any further issues arise.

If I could leave a 6 star review I would. John was extremely professional. He gave us really good advice and really knew what he was talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and use him again if I needed to. He doesn't have a call out charge and his prices are really fair . Thank you for your help and your professionalism.

Our front door lock failed (latch was broken) Rang John in the morning and less than an hour later he had fitted a brand new lock. He also changed a defective Chubb deadlock on the same door. Courteous, professional and did an absolutely excellent job. Would recommend highly!!

Our front door decided to not lock shut this morning, so checked some local businesses online and found About-Turn Lock which had really good reviews. John gave me a reasonable fixed price over the phone and was out to me within the hour. Investigated and repaired the problem and even repositioned the lock face which had originally been fitted incorrectly. Went above and beyond the job spec. Great attention to detail and extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future if required.

I would not hesitate to recommend About-Turn Locks. Prompt, helpful, polite and solved the problem with ease. I have been struggling with windows that won't lock, won't close and won't open and they are all in working order now.
I also got advice, which I'm confident was very objective and fair, about my patio door, which is apparently about a hundred years old.
