Very Poor Service! Avoid!!
They were supposed to be coming to fit me a new boiler. Was booked in but didn't turn up. Was told that installer had to go for a covid test which is fair enough, it happens. A phone call would have been nice though. Second time booked in no one turned up again only this time when I phoned up, Natalia who I'd had spoken to on many occasions tried acting all dumb and tried saying she couldn't find a booking for me even when I had called up the day before to check we were still on! Lost two days holiday booking this mickey mouse company!

Do not use this company! They completed cavity wall insulation at my house and damaged some storage units in our back garden while working. After many months of trying they still have not paid for the damage (even though they said they would) and now do not answer emails or phone calls.
Added to this although they promised the work will match the colour of the current mortar it doesn't and they were also 4 hours late for the appointment.
Strongly advise to not go anywhere near this company.

Although we did not have any work done from this business, I'm glad we didn't. We arranged a survey and initially they couldn't come, but fair enough they rearranged for next day after we called to find out why the surveyor didn't turn up.
Again we called 90 min after another no show, only to be told he did come but on his observation our building was solid brick wall so they can't help. Our building is 70% cavity wall!! So this either means the surveyor is incompetent or he didn't really come so the receptionist lied. Good luck to anyone who thinks about using these guys.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Alba Insulation for installing cavity wall insulation and a new gas central heating boiler at our property under the government backed Eco 3 Scheme. The insulation team were on time, very polite and carried out all the work within three hours. A week later Alba's heating engineers installed our new A rated boiler, the installation was completed within half a day and their work was very neat and tidy. Very happy to recommend them!

AlBA instillation ltd completed the insulation work, did it work made any difference? My answer is big NO.
- After insulation is completed one would think that their electricity bills will be low. I'm running the heating at 24.5deg C to maintain the heating even-though we are approaching summer and I think after the insulation work is completed, the work might have caused leakage (didnot fill the holes properly!) or may be the insulation material and quantity used is not good enough.
- The work caused quite a lot of derbies on neighbour vehicle and the driveway. The neighbor was not happy about

First contacted the company via phonecall and the online form at the start of December. I enquired about cavity wall insulation. The lady I spoke to on the phone was polite , and asked me to give them a week to respond as they where currently busy. Almost 2 months later I hadn't received any contact so I called them again, they gave me a phone number to call so I did and I spoke to a gentleman. He asked me to send him another email, and then texted me the email address. I sent another email but once again received nothing back. I replied to the text message stating that I still hadn't heard anything
