Spencer and his team came to fit air conditioning units in our home office which was quite hot and uncomfortable. I was impressed with their efficiency, response times to communications, reliability and the high standard of their work. They turned up on time, and they were proactive in offering different suggestions, really pleasant to have around and also tidied up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Very impressed with the after-sales service from BBS after the new aircon unit they'd fitted in February developed a fault. This was diagnosed and fully fixed within 24 hours. I can't fault that for customer service during the hottest week of the year! Top marks BBS - very much appreciated.

Spencer has been professional and easy to deal with from the start. The quote came through quickly and was very competitive and any questions I had were answered straight away. On the day of installation Spencer's team arrived on time and again were extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home. We have just had a Mitsubishi Air Conditioning system installed in our home in Stanstead Abbotts. The whole experience from quote to installation was a very good one with all work completed in a single day by the install team. The units look elegant and all ducting & interconnecting pipe work discreetly installed. It may be a few months before we can put the air-con fully to the test but we are confident that we now choose to enjoy a cool summer.

Spence and his Team are totally outstanding. Due to the nature of our role they are restricted when they can access the building (mostly in the evenings and weekends) to allow our operations to continue without any downtime. I've worked with Spence and his Team for over 3 years now and they have looked after our Air Con superbly and I a look forward to working with them in the future. I cannot recommend them enough. Great team and outstanding service. Would highly recommend them.
