If there were zero stars, it would be too high for this company. I used them for end-of-tenancy cleaning, they offered a make-good guarantee valid for 48h. After doing a very poor job, I asked them to make good on the guarantee, to which they replied that 48h expired and that guarantee was not valid any more.
They did the cleaning on Friday afternoon, finished around 7pm and I had inventory check out the following day, on Saturday, at 11am. I got the inventory report on Tuesday and landlord's comments on Wednesday, but the house was empty since Friday. So all the cleaning deficiencies were well

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Never had a worse clean. They turned up with a sponge and nothing else! We then had to pay for another clean because it didn’t meet the landlord’s standards. They were very rude when we asked them to do spots in the house they missed and then refused to even contemplate a refund despite the fact we had a guarantee on the clean

I honestly couldn't recommend this company less. Avoid like the plague. They may seem cheap but there's a reason.
They charged us £260 for a move out clean with a guarantee which seems great, until they 'clean' the house and they ignore all calls and messages.
The house was left in a mess. Would of been better off cleaning it ourselves for an hour than the job they did.
We are now seeking legal advice to get our money back.

DO NOT USE SPARKLING CLEANERS! - the experience has been truly horrendous.
We paid for an end of tenancy clean in which we were guaranteed a comprehensive clean of the entire house to a professional standard - the result couldn’t have been more opposite, with sticky floors and footprints left by the cleaners, cobwebs all over the place, a terrible oven clean and the list really does go on and on.
I then called to have the house re-cleaned or the cost refunded and they have ignored all my calls and responded to a few emails saying nothing more than they will not be doing anything as they believe
