I called Highlander when my home alarm developed a fault. They responded quickly, finding and fixing the fault whilst respecting PPE and social distancing requirements in force at the time.
Based on this visit I asked them to install a security system at my workshop. I was quite specific where I wanted the equipment and they were happy to alter the design to my requirements even working late to complete a very tidy job and all at a competitive rate.
Great to have a local company doing good work at sensible rates.

I wanted a heat alarm in my kitchen and fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms in the appropriate rooms in my house. The company got back to me very quickly and dealt with the task to be done professionally. Good down to earth people who explained everything and worked efficiently and well together. Price was very good also. Interestingly enough. Yesterday I was spraying paint in one of my rooms and only opened one window. Not enough. The alarms went off, which is what you want. Very good service.

The initial meeting was helpful and informative. There was no pressure to buy an unnecessarily complex system. The installation was efficient with minimum disruption and everything was left very tidy. Gary was most patient and thorough in ensuring that I understood the technicalities of the system. Excellent work.
